Policies & Procedures

• Room Rates

  • All room rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $10.00 per night charge for each additional guest over the age of 12.
  • Minimum two nights stay is required.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.

  All renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent a suite. Guests under the required age must be accompanied by an adult, guardian, or parent, who must occupy the suite for the duration of the stay. Photo ID to verify age must be provided at check-in. No refunds will be made to anyone who has not adhered to this policy.

• Check-in / Check-out Procedures

  • For your convenience our reception office is located on The Suites at Waskesiu property.
  • Check-in time is 4 p.m. Please advise us if you plan to arrive after 6 p.m.
  • Check-out is no later than 11:00 am in consideration for our cleaning staff and guests arriving after your departure.
  • We appreciate your consideration for our cleaning staff and guests arriving after your departure.
  • Managers are living onsite if assistance is required outside of regular office hours.
  • To ensure all of our guests have an enjoyable holiday experience, we require you respect our 11 p.m. quiet time.
  • The Suites at Waskesiu is a mature adult/family oriented property. Zero tolerance for partying is in effect all year round.

• Cancellation Policy

  Individual room cancellations or shortened stays made NOT LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee. For cancellations or shortened stays made within the 30 days, no deposit/prepayment will be refunded.

  No shows, cancellations, or shortened stays made the day of check-in will be charged for the entire original reservation.  For example, we have no control over inclement weather.

• Dogs

  We understand your dog is a part of your family, however, in consideration of all of our guests, we can only allow small non-shedding dogs weighing less than 10 pounds to stay at the property. Arrangements to bring your dog along must be made in advance and approval is at the Management’s discretion. Your dog is not allowed to be left alone in your suite at any time during your stay.

  There will be a $25.00 per night fee for your dog’s stay.

• Deposits & Payment

  A 50% deposit/pre-payment including taxes, will be charged at time of booking. Balance due will be processed on the day of arrival. Extra incidental charges, or charges for damage and repair, will be processed after departure as required. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Cash. Sorry, NO DEBIT.

• The Suites at Waskesiu is a NON-SMOKING property.
